Driven by a common desire to help organisations and the people who create them to develop more effective, fulfilling and powerful lives, relationships and performance, we established Eluminas in 2005. The three founders of Eluminas, Sue Powell, Juliette Smith and Andy Chapman, trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), one of the leading training bodies in the international coaching arena. Each previously held senior management positions within large organisations with a total of over 60 years combined experience having worked with organisations such as Whitbread, The Prince’s Trust, BP, Granada, and Virgin. |
Our team of executive coaches have been selected using a rigorous recruitment process and all our coaches have completed intensive training at some of the world's best-regarded coaching schools. Each has a variety of organisational experience and expertise, acquired both as employee and as a coach, bringing a thorough appreciation of the organisational and commercial context for executive coaching and leadership development.
