Our career transition work supports individuals through change where a different career direction is wanted. This may be offered as part of an organisation's outplacement service during periods of strategic change and restructuring.

We ensure that people wanting transition receive superior support towards their new career aspirations. At Eluminas we work with the Firework Career Coaching methodology, an approach which was developed and tested over three years by two ICF accredited coaches - and it really produces results! It's the distillation of years of experience, practical creativity and a deep understanding of what it takes to engage clients through a challenging process such as a career change.

Firework trained coaches offer support for people at all levels and the Firework Career Programme provides a unique framework and structure for the career coaching relationship.

Typically, the programme will last between 12 -16 sessions and clients can be coached in person or on the telephone. Together between the client and their career coach we develop an individual strategy to create change which fits their life and their values.
