Who we are

Founder, International Facilitator/Trainer & Executive Coach
Sue is an accredited coach and a highly skilled trainer and facilitator. She is committed to facilitating real and sustainable change for individuals, teams and organisations. Her particular area of expertise is working with leaders and their teams to become resilient, agile and self-aware so that they can create and sustain peak performance. This includes a focus on clear and open communication, conscious decision-making and personal leadership alongside its impact on organisational effectiveness.  

Sue blends her learning and development expertise with 20+ years experience to Director level, in the planning, sales and marketing, customer service and business development. She has worked for large blue chip organisations such as Whitbread, Compass, Virgin, Granada, and Colgate Palmolive. This gives her valuable insight into the real challenges faced by senior executives in today’s global business environment. Sue has also taught Professional and Personal Development for Managers on the faculty of a London University. As well as managing Eluminas, she is one of a small number of specially selected facilitators working on leadership excellence programmes for a global engineering firm, and is an international trainer for the highly respected Coaches Training Institute, the world’s largest face-to-face-coach training organisation.

As a founding Director of Eluminas, over 10 years ago, Sue has brought together a highly-skilled team of development specialists, facilitators, coaches and trainers to design and deliver programmes in the UK and internationally. Together they represent Eluminas - focusing on helping clients to develop their leadership capability, improve team performance and change their cultures.

Senior Consultant 'Talent and Transition' & Executive Coach

Sue leads the Eluminas ''Talent and Transition' practice which is dedicated to supporting and developing organisations in their Talent Management and Outplacement activities, and individual leaders who are transitioning into new organisations or roles. This includes:

- development of Talent Management programmes

- on-boarding executives joining new organisations

- supporting executives taking on a new role within their current busines

- maternity coaching, re-entry and engagement after maternity leave

- outplacement coaching including interview coaching

- CV development

- deployment of selection instruments e.g. Hogan HPI/ HDS/ MVPI

- design of bespoke 360 and assessment centre materials.

Sue has significant experience of working internationally with organisations and executives across a range of industry sectors and functional areas. Sue blends her learning and development expertise with her experience in marketing for blue chip companies that have included Europcar and Gallaher, and more than 12 years working as an executive search professional for Spencer Stuart.

Nita Sharma CPCC
Senior Consultant 'Diversity and Inclusion' & Executive Coach
Nita leads our Diversity and Inclusion practice and helps leaders to create inclusive, high performance cultures in which diverse talent can thrive.  This includes:
-  working at all stages of the diversity strategy from diagnostics to designing of workshops, to developing coaching progranmes.
-  helping clients to develop thinking and practices on diversity and inclusion so that it becomes to aligned to organisational and individual development and improves business performance. 
She brings 25 years' experience in experience in global diversity strategy consulting, cross-cultural and global leadership.  Her global experience has meant that she is able to adjust and adapt when working with clients whether it is in the UK, Continental Europe, USA, the Middle East, APAC and India.
Nita is a Certified Co-Active coach. She also has a certificate in Relationship Counselling, and is a Master Practitioner degree in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). Nita’s licensed certifications include: Level A accreditation with the British Psychological Society, MBTI® (Level1 &2), Firo-B, Intercultural Development Inventory (DMIS), World Work International Profiler Implicitly tool on Unconscious bias, 11 High Performing Behaviours in Leadership, Global smart profile (GSP) and leadership assessment (GLA).Nita also has a Master’s degree in Sociology and Social Policy.


Sarah Durrant
Executive Assistant

Sarah has 20 years of business experience in office administration, including working as a PA, programme management, project coordination, recruitment, bookkeeping and as a team leader for a large financial firm.

In that time she developed a wealth of sound business skills and understands the challenges and pressures that come with most businesses. As an experienced EA, Sarah's strength is the ability to multitask, keeping attention to detail at the same time. 

Sarah has an enthusiastic and positive outlook with a 'can do' attitude and is a valued member of our team.
