We believe that people are not only an organisation's greatest asset, they ARE the organisation and consequently it can only be as effective as they are. Being effective means 'doing' the right things, but in order to do the right things we need to be aware of, and be able to effectively manage how, we are “being”. Having the technical know-how, knowledge and experience required to perform a role or task is important, however, just as important is an individual’s self-awareness. Awareness of how individuals are feeling and behaving affects, not only, how they perform but how colleagues behave and perform, unless they are able to successfully self-manage. Without self-awareness, it is unlikely they can know or accept that something may need to change. Our aim is to transform our clients’ relationships — with themselves, their colleagues and their organisation. At Eluminas therefore our focus is on our clients’ awareness about themselves, how they manage their own feelings and emotions and how they interact with their colleagues. |
