We provide tailored programmes to match exactly the leadership development needs of your people. We do this in careful consultation and partnership with you so that the relevant organisational issues and objectives for the programme can be identified and built into the content of it. Typically, a programme will include a mixture of group workshops and one-to-one coaching over a period of time. In our experience, if learning and change are to be properly embedded it requires more than just a one-off "leadership event". If the programme is to provide value, it must enable the participants to put their learning into practice whilst still within a framework that provides support. The coaching we provide after and between workshops provides this support, as well as an opportunity for the individual to reflect on and deepen their learning. |
