We believe that coaching, team development and leadership programmes can all be enhanced by the appropriate use of psychometric profiling. Eluminas has qualified, expert practitioners in three leading tools:

  • The Hay Emotional Competency Indicator
    This indicator was developed by the Hay Group in conjunction with Daniel Goleman and his colleagues. It provides a means of assessing an individual's competency in the four key aspects of emotional intelligence identified by Goleman as being the crucial distinguishing attributes of truly great organisational leaders: self-awareness, self-management, awareness of others and relationship management.

  • The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
    This is one of the best-known and most widely-used indicators of personality type. It can help the individual to understand better how they instinctively behave in a variety of different situations and the ways in which they most naturally gather information and make decisions.

  • The FIRO-B Indicator
    This indicator is used to assess the members of a team according to their wanted and expressed needs in three key areas: inclusion, control and affection. This can provide powerful insights into the behavioural dynamics of a team, highlighting areas where there may be clashes or gaps in the needs of its members as well as areas of strength. FIRO-B can provide particularly useful information when used in conjunction with the MBTI.
