High Professional Standards
All our coaches have extensive organisational backgrounds and are coaching specialists. They are professionally qualified, having undergone intensive coach training and have all been coaching for a minimum of 2 years.   Our recruitment process is rigorous. All our coaches have excellent references, are committed to their own professional development and are regularly supervised.

We make sure that we acknowledge and include the commercial context in our work with you. Each member of the Eluminas team has extensive, first-hand experience of leading and managing people within large organisations. So we know well the challenges of creating unity from diversity, and of striking the delicate balance between productive competition and the sharing of good practice.
