High Professional Standards
All our coaches have extensive organisational backgrounds and are coaching specialists. They are professionally qualified, having undergone intensive coach training and have all been coaching for a minimum of 2 years. Our recruitment process is rigorous. All our coaches have excellent references, are committed to their own professional development and are regularly supervised.
