'Teams as Systems' Workshop
An introduction to how using a systemic approach to building and leading teams creates stronger alignment, greater understanding and more effective relationships

This breakfast workshop is designed for Leaders and HR professionals who are curious to learn how viewing organisations and teams through a systems perspective provides fresh insights into what is going on and what needs to happen to create healthy and flexible teams.

- Explain what Team Systems are and how they operate.
- Identify and explore some of the systems you are part of, and the roles you play.
- Understand some of the key challenges and opportunities in working systemically with organisations and teams.
- Explore some of the toxic behaviours that can destroy systems, and the antidotes to them.

Sue Powell MBA PCC CPCC
Founder of Eluminas, Sue has been working as a professional change agent since 2003 and specialises in the design and delivery of development programmes where the emphasis is on facilitating transformative change.
Her work is informed by the combination of her own experiences as an executive leader, in-house trainer and mentor, and her continuous study and practice in the fields of change, leadership and systems. She has had more than 20 years experience in large blue chip organisations such as Granada, Whitbread, Compass, and Colgate Palmolive. Her most recent role was as a Marketing Director for one of the Virgin companies. Sue has first-hand experience of leading organisations through start-up, merger and turnaround.
Sue has an MBA from Manchester Business School and was on the faculty of a London University where she taught Professional and Personal Development. She is currently on the Faculty of The Coaches Training Institute, a respected global leader in Coach Training.
Rob Allen MBA ACMA CPCC ORSCC ACC
Rob is a systemic coach who works with teams and individuals to facilitate change, both for their businesses and for them as leaders. Before becoming a coach he spent over 25 years in the Financial Services Industry where he ran change projects in 11 countries include M&A integrations and start-ups. Starting his career at the London Stock Exchange, Rob then spent 8 years in management consulting before joining Direct Line where his roles included International Strategy Director and Finance Director for Commercial and International. His most recent corporate role was CFO for a retail lender in Czech and Slovakia. Since becoming a coach he has worked with clients in a wide range of organisations including Diageo, Baker McKenzie, lastminute.com, The European Parliament and Comcast, Tchibo and Chaucer Direct. Rob is a qualified accountant and MBA as well as being Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching Certified; a Certified Professional Co-active Coach and! qualified psychometric assessor.
