Facilitator: Sue Powell MBA CPCC Sue trained with the highly respected Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a status accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She brings with her to her coaching, 20 years experience in senior executive roles, including marketing director, leading teams in sales, marketing and development for blue chip organisations such as Whitbread, Compass, Granada, and Colgate Palmolive, and Virgin. Sue also has considerable hands-on experience of change and has worked with companies in start-up, turnaround and merger. Sue has been a professional coach for over 7 years and works with senior executives in blue chip and international organisations in banking, healthcare, public relations, music, consulting and high street retail. She is a team coach, trained in Organisational & Relationship Systems Coaching and an accredited practitioner in the Emotional Competence Inventory 360, MBTI, FIRO-B. Sue serves on the faculty of The Coaches Training Institute where she is responsible for training professional coaches.
