We appoint a dedicated Account Manager for each client to make communication more straightforward and effective for you. The Account Manager will liaise directly with the sponsor, programme participants and any other stakeholders, to understand the culture and to ensure the most appropriately designed coaching and leadership development programmes and the best possible match with our coaches. During our programmes, the Account Manager receives regular updates from all coaches, who are experienced at highlighting organisational themes, whilst honouring individual confidentiality. This rich source of knowledge can add value to any development project. |
We make sure that we acknowledge and include the commercial context in our work with you, and build accountability in so that commitment to action is a key part of all our programmes. We work with you to develop and define the outcomes from each of the individual executive coaching and team performance coaching programmes we design for you, as we believe that evaluation and ROI are an integral element of any investment - with coaching being no different. We don't 'tell' how things could or should be. Instead we use a variety of powerful coaching techniques that empower and support your people to come up with the answers they didn't realise they had. This, in turn, leads to them feeling greater ownership of what they learn and to a greater sustainability of the changes that will inevitably take place. |
