Sue trained with the highly respected Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a status accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She brings with her to her coaching, 20 years experience in senior executive roles, including marketing director, in sales, marketing and development for blue chip organisations such as Whitbread, Compass, Granada, and Colgate Palmolive, and Virgin.

Sue also has considerable hands-on experience of change and team management and has worked with companies in start-up, turnaround and merger. She is particularly passionate about helping people to make conscious choices and about helping leaders to have their full and intended impact on those around them.

Sue has been a professional coach for over 5 years and has worked with senior executives in a number of blue chip and international organisations in banking, healthcare, public relations, music, consulting and high street retail.

She is an accredited practitioner in the Emotional Competence Inventory, a licensed Firework Career Coach and, a graduate of the CTI Leadership Development programme. Sue has recently been invited to become a coach trainer for The Coaches Training Institute.

She also holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, is a business mentor for the Princes Trust and has recently taught Personal and Professional Development for Managers on the faculty of a London University.
