Team Programmes

Most organisations face the challenge of creating and managing effective, high-performance teams. Team identity and performance can be adversely affected by numerous factors, including changes in market conditions, business restructuring, cross-border or cross-functional team structures, remote working, language and cultural barriers and so on.

We offer team coaching and development programmes based upon a path-breaking methodology developed by Team Coaching International. Unlike other team coaching models, this treats the team as a system rather than as a group of individuals and works with the dynamics of the system to maximise the team's productivity and positivity.

Eluminas is able to construct an initial profile of the team using the Team Diagnostic™ instrument. This maps the team's current levels of productivity and positivity and provides rich insights for areas to focus on in subsequent development work with the team.

We will typically also work with the individuals in the team through one-to-one coaching between the team coaching sessions as this provides the most powerful and effective combination of sustained individual and group learning.
